Now, Maruti Suzuki is planning to introduce its 7-seater version of the Grand Vitara to meet the needs of larger families. It is expected to get refreshed design updates in both exteriors and interiors. More likely, it will get ADAS too. The 7-seater Grand Vitara might be named Escudo or Tornado. The final decision on the name is yet to be confirmed. It may be featured with a 1.5-litre petrol engine and a petrol hybrid engine with both manual and automatic transmissions.
Mahindra XEV 7e

The MG M9 is showcased at the Auto Expo 2025. It is emerging as the premium 7-seater from MG Motors. MG mainly focuses on luxury and cutting-edge technology in the 7-seater M9 model. The luxury feature-loaded MG M9 cabin offers reclining Ottoman seats with extendable leg rests, powered sunshades, a dual sunroof, and a range of other convenience features. It also comes with a state-of-the-art infotainment system and advanced safety features. The M9 is more likely equipped with a 90 kWh battery pack and an electric motor that delivers 245 PS and 350 Nm of torque.
