Land Rover has launched the new Range Rover Sport SV Carbon Edition. This model focuses on performance and builds on the recently released Sport SV. This edition features unique carbon-fibre accents, technologies that reduce weight, and custom styling elements. It also keeps the powerful V8 engine under the hood.
Performance

The Carbon Edition is powered by a 4.4-litre twin-turbo mild-hybrid V8 engine producing approximately 635 PS and 750 NM of torque. This engine propels the SUV from 0 to 100 KM/H in just 3.6 seconds, with a top speed of approximately 290 KM/H.
Weight Reduction

To enhance performance, the edition features a carbon-fibre bonnet, lightweight 23-inch carbon-fibre wheels, and an optional carbon-ceramic braking system that reduces unsprung mass by approximately 34 KG compared to the standard setup. Overall weight savings reach up to 76 KG over the base Sport SV model.
Dynamics

The SUV features Land Rover’s advanced 6D Dynamics air suspension system, which uses hydraulic interlinked dampers and height-adjustable springs to minimise body roll and pitch during cornering and braking. Combined with rear-wheel steering, torque vectoring by braking, and All-Wheel Drive, the SUV delivers sharper handling than previous models.
Interior

Visually, the Carbon Edition stands out with its high-contrast detailing, exposed carbon fibre trims on the grille, vents, and exhaust tips, along with quad carbon-fibre-clad exhaust finishers. Buyers can choose between satin and twill carbon packs, along with SV-exclusive paint options such as Marl Grey Gloss and Ligurian Black.

Inside, the cabin includes optional body and Soul (BASS) seats, which use haptic audio technology to produce low-frequency vibrations aligned with music, supported by a Meridian sound system and SUBPAC platform. Exclusive SV features like illuminated paddle shifters, satin carbon fibre trim, and bespoke upholstery complete the high-end experience.
Positioning

The Carbon Edition builds on the limited-production ‘SV Edition One’. As customers await broader availability, the Carbon Edition represents the next tier in Range Rover’s ultra-luxury performance hierarchy.
