The price looks value for money at first glance, but comes with a catch as it excludes the ‘battery as a service’ cost of ₹3.5 per km. It is available in three trim levels, four colors and only one drivetrain option. This is the brand’s third EV in India, fitting in between the Comet and ZS EV.
Exterior
Gets design elements like the signature cowl and headlamps at the front; 18-inch chrome alloy wheels, a floating roofline and pop out door handles on the sides and connected tail lamps, a chrome garnish below the glasshouse for the rear.
Interior
The cabin is kitted out with a beige and black theme, with the seats having a quilted pattern. The main talking point though is the massive 15.6-inch infotainment screen. As for the second row, the major highlight is the seat back that can recline up to 135 degrees, with MG calling it a ‘business class seating experience’. You also have many USB charging ports, rear AC vents and a centre armrest with cup holders.
Features
The top variant as seen in the pictures gets features like wireless phone mirroring, a wireless phone charger, 360-degree cameras, automatic climate control, connected car technology, a panoramic sunroof with voice control in multiple languages, Jio apps and connectivity, TPMS, six airbags, ABS with EBD and all LED lights.
Drivetrain
It is being offered with a 38 kWh battery pack which has a claimed range of 331 km and the electric motor powers the front wheels, produces 136 HP, 200 N-m of torque. Also, there are four drive modes: Eco, Eco+, Normal and Sport.
