Also, a possible “Launch Edition” touching ₹80 lakh is expected, featuring unique styling and performance enhancements.

Performance, Powertrain, & Range

The upcoming Cyberster packs an impressive electric drivetrain, featuring a 77 kWh battery paired with dual motors, one on each axle, to deliver approximately 510 PS and 725 NM of torque. This enables the Cyberster to go from 0–100 km/h in about 3.2 seconds, making it MG’s fastest road car to date. MG claims a 580 KM CLTC range, although WLTP estimates are around 443–510 KM depending on testing standards. Beyond raw power, the car includes selectable drive modes, launch control, Brembo brakes, and 20-inch wheels by Pirelli. These features are aimed at enhancing both performance and handling.

Design, Tech, & Retail Strategy

As a two-seater convertible electric and “true roadster”, the Cyberster features dramatic scissor doors, a soft-top roof, and retro-inspired cues such as Union Jack–pattern lighting. Inside, the cockpit is driver-centric, with a panoramic three-screen layout, 10.25-inch digital gauge cluster plus twin 7-inch screens, for infotainment and data. Additional equipment includes Level‑2 ADAS, launch control, adaptive cruise control, 360° camera, and wireless phone connectivity. MG plans to sell it exclusively through MG Select outlets, which is expected to have 14 premium showrooms across major cities by the end of Q3 2025, complementing the vehicle’s flagship positioning.
