Mercedes-AMG CLE 53 Gets New Limited Editions

Mercedes-AMG has announced new limited editions for its CLE 53 Coupe & Cabriolet sports cars. Both cars share the same inline 6-cylinder engine that puts out 449 BHP and 560 Nm of torque. There is an overboost mode, in which the torque output is boosted to 600 Nm. The engine is paired to a 9-speed automatic gearbox, and power is sent to all four wheels via Mercedes’s signature 4MATIC+ all-wheel drive system.

What’s New?

The coupe version gets a matte Graphite Grey Magno paint job, with added yellow accents. The cabriolet version has a slightly different paint job, with black/blue highlights on a spectral blue magno paint shade. This new limited edition gets different 20-inch wheels, grey brake callipers, and carbon or gloss black styling packages giving the cars a menacing and sporty stance.

Interior

On the inside, both the coupe and cabriolet come with AMG performance seats, nappa leather upholstery with exclusive contrast stitching, and illuminated AMG door sills. The coupe comes with black leather and yellow details, whereas the cabriolet gets while and black upholstery. Carbon Fiber trims and custom AMG floor mats further accelerate the premium feel. This is an AMG, don’t expect the most comfortable ride quality or the most premium materials; this car is built for speed, to be lightweight and handle well.

Launch & Pricing

The new limited edition also includes AMG Dynamic Plus, which offers active engine mounts and a MICROCUT performance steering wheel. A custom-fit indoor car cover is also included as standard. Bookings for the limited edition CLE 53 are now open until July 2025. Production will cease sometime in 2026,. The cars are expected to be priced at Rs. 1.30 Crore (ex-showroom).
