Maruti Suzuki set a new record by servicing over 24.5 Lakh vehicles in just a single month of May 2025. This figure is the highest monthly service recorded in the company’s history. These huge figures encompass various types of services provided by the after-sales department of Maruti Suzuki, including maintenance, paid repairs, and free services. Following the breakdown of the figures, approximately 170 vehicles are serviced every minute by the Maruti Suzuki service network, which is spread across the country.
Extensive Network

Maruti Suzuki has one of the biggest service networks in the country today, consisting of over 5,400 service touchpoints, including Quick Response Teams (QRTs) for roadside emergencies, mobile support vans, and authorized workshops. The widespread service networks from rural areas to urban cities allow Maruti Suzuki to service a larger number of customers. Also, the sales of the Maruti Suzuki cars in various regions have resulted in the addition of total vehicles serviced.
Technology & Training

Maruti Suzuki has been adapting to new technologies like AI-enabled chat assistants, mobile-based appointment systems, and digital tools to make sure they can connect with their customers and solve their queries. The real time implications of this, firsthand, are still unknown to us but it seems to work for them. The digital advancement, combined with the wide physical service network, reduces the time of operations and also gives managed data to both customers and the company itself.
Conclusion
Maruti Suzuki, has a big customer base along with a wide service network, this might be something that has enabled them to set a benchmark of servicing over 24.5 lakh vehicles in a single month. Furthermore, they will be looking forward to electric mobility, increasing their customer base even more. This record should make other brands work harder towards their after-sales services as well by tackling logistical problems better.
