MSIL have launched a ‘Dominion Edition’ for its popular Grand Vitara mid-size crossover keeping in line with the ongoing festive season. Available with three trim levels and comes with complementary additional accessories, meaning it is priced the same as the variant it is based on.

The special edition is available only for the Delta, Zeta and Alpha mild hybrid variants. The accessories package is priced from ₹48,599 to ₹52,699 depending on the version.

Powertrain

The Dominion Edition is being offered with the carmaker’s 103 HP, 137 N-m, four cylinder, 1.5 litre, mild hybrid, ‘K15C’ petrol engine and also for the CNG models as well. The car comes with both manual transmission and automatic gearbox options, with the former also available in all wheel drive (AWD). In the top spec strong hybrid form, it comes with a 1.5 litre, three cylinder, 91 HP, 122 N-m, petrol electric drivetrain.

Pricing

The line up starts at ₹10.99 lakh for the entry level petrol Sigma variant, while the CNG variants are priced from ₹13.15 lakh. AWD is available in a single top spec trim that costs ₹17.01 lakh. Meanwhile, the fuel sipping petrol hybrid range starts from ₹18.43 lakh. The car is currently available with discounts of upwards of ₹1 lakh at most locations.
