Midnight Black Paint Option (now for all Z8 variants) (previously only available on Z8 Select).
The ventilated seats and auto-dimming IRVMs are limited to the top trim Z8 L, whereas the wireless charger is offered across all three Z8 variants. Mahindra has also extended its midnight black paint shade across all three Z8 variants, earlier limited to just the Z8 Select.

Powertrain Options:
The Scorpio N offers a choice of two engines: a 2.0-liter turbocharged petrol and a 2.2-liter MHawk diesel. Both engines can be paired with a 6-speed manual or automatic transmission. Four-wheel drive is only available on the diesel variant.
Pricing and Rivals:
While these new features come at no additional cost, Mahindra recently increased the price of all Scorpio N variants by around Rs 10,000. The current price range starts from Rs. 13.85 lakh to Rs 24.54 lakh (ex-showroom). The Z8 range starts at Rs 17.10 lakh for the Z8 Select, Rs. 18.74 lakh for the Z8, and Rs 20.37 lakh (ex-showroom) for the Z8 L.
The Scorpio N competes with SUVs like the Tata Safari, Tata Harrier, Hyundai Alcazar, MG Hector Plus, and its sibling, the Mahindra XUV700.
