Mahindra is working on a facelift for the Bolero Neo, and recent spy images reveal several design and feature changes. The overall body shape remains the same, but some exterior modifications are visible, particularly at the front.
The grille appears to be slightly wider and more upright, and the headlamp clusters show revised internal elements. LED daytime running lights may be added, marking a first for the model. The front bumper design also looks updated, featuring a more simplified layout and redesigned air intake sections.
The side profile shows little to no change compared to the current model, although the test mule suggests that new alloy wheel designs may be introduced for select trims. Rear updates are minimal based on available images, but slight changes to the tail-lamp detailing and bumper design are expected.

Interior Updates
Interior details are not fully visible, but the facelift is likely to bring modest changes focused on practicality. These could include new upholstery materials, revised dashboard trim, and possibly a dual-tone cabin on higher variants. Feature additions may involve a larger touchscreen infotainment system with better smartphone compatibility, an updated instrument cluster, and improved seat cushioning. Features such as cruise control, automatic climate control, and electrically adjustable mirrors are also expected to be included in certain variants.

Powertrain
The facelift is expected to retain the same 1.5-litre diesel engine, which produces around 98 BHP and 260 NM of torque. The current 5-speed manual gearbox is likely to continue, but Mahindra may introduce a new 6-speed automated manual transmission (AMT) to enhance driving comfort. The rear-wheel-drive setup and the multi-link coil spring suspension at the rear are expected to remain unchanged.

Launch Timeline
Mahindra is expected to unveil the updated Bolero Neo around August 15th, following its previous launch pattern for significant models. Pricing details will be confirmed at launch, though a slight increase from the current ₹9–12 lakh (ex-showroom) range is likely, depending on the extent of new features.
