New Variants For The Hyundai Creta

Hyundai Motor India has launched two new variants and also added more features to their existing compact SUV, Creta. Now, it will be available in two new trims, the EX (O) and SX Premium. The EX (O) will be priced from Rs. 12.97 lakhs (ex-showroom). On the other hand, the SX Premium will be priced from Rs. 16.18 lakhs (ex-showroom).

What’s New?

The EX (O) variant will have a panoramic sunroof and LED reading lamps inside the cabin. Here, Hyundai will offer two engine options: one will be a 1.5-litre NA petrol, and the other will be a 1.5-litre Turbo-Diesel engine, and they will be available with both manual and automatic transmissions. Prices of this particular variant will range between Rs. 12.97 lakhs and Rs. 15.97 lakhs (ex-showroom).

The SX Premium variant will get front-ventilated seats, 8-way power-adjustable driver seats and scooped-out leatherette seats. It will be equipped with an 8-speaker Bose sound system. The engine option comprises a 1.5-litre NA petrol and a 1.5-litre Turbo-Diesel engine that will be paired with an AT, CVT, and manual transmission. This variant will sit between the existing SX and SX(O) variants, and the prices of this variant range between Rs 16.18 lakhs and Rs 17.77 lakhs.

Other Changes

The current SX (O) variant has also been revamped with a couple of new features. Now, it will be equipped with a rain sensor, a wireless charging pad in the second row, and scooped-out seats. Moreover, the S (O) variant will now get a smart key with a motion sensor for locking and unlocking the car.
