BMW Introduces Limited-Run Manual M3 CS
BMW has unveiled the M3 CS Handschalter as a special send-off for the sixth-generation G80 M3. The word “Handschalter” translates to “manual shift” in German, highlighting the car’s biggest talking point, a 6-speed manual gearbox. Thanks to extensive use of carbon fibre, the M3 CS Handschalter is approximately 20 KG lighter than the standard M3. Buyers opting for carbon-ceramic brakes can reduce an additional 14 KG. BMW says this makes the Handschalter the lightest M3 currently available.
The special edition will be offered in four exterior colours: Isle of Man Green, Black Sapphire, Imola Red and Techno Violet. Pricing starts at USD 107,100, which roughly translates to around Rs 1.04 crore before taxes and import duties. Production numbers will remain limited, adding exclusivity to this enthusiast-focused farewell edition.
