Skoda Auto India has revealed the 2026 Slavia facelift, bringing styling updates, new features and a revised automatic gearbox option. The mid-life update retains the sedan’s existing platform and engine lineup while adding equipment across the range.
Pre-bookings for the updated Slavia are now open in India. Skoda will announce prices in the first week of October, while deliveries are scheduled to begin during the festive season. The facelift also introduces a new Classic+ variant and an updated Monte Carlo edition.
Slavia Gets Updated Exterior Design
The Slavia facelift retains the overall silhouette of the existing sedan, but Skoda has refreshed several exterior elements. The updated model gets new LED headlamps and fog lamps, along with revised LED tail-lamps featuring sequential turn indicators.
The sedan also gets a new trim between the tail-lamps with SKODA lettering. New R16 alloy wheels are available, including dual-tone designs. Selected variants also get sporty red brake calipers. The Monte Carlo version adds red exterior stripes and a dedicated Monte Carlo badge.
New Colour Options
Skoda has introduced new exterior colour options with the facelift. These include Arctic Silver, Cappuccino Beige, Shimla Green and Steel Grey. Cappuccino Beige will be available for deliveries from December.
Other existing colour options continue to be offered with the updated sedan. These include Brilliant Silver, Candy White, Carbon Steel, Lava Blue, Cherry Red and Deep Black.
Interior & Features
The basic dashboard layout remains unchanged, but the facelift brings larger digital displays. It gets a new 26.03cm Virtual Cockpit with turn-by-turn navigation and a 25.6cm touchscreen infotainment system.
The infotainment system includes inbuilt connectivity and an AI Assistant powered by Google Cloud. These features are available from the Signature variant onwards. The system also receives updated graphics and functions compared with the outgoing model.

Skoda Slavia Gets 360-Degree Camera & Rear Seat Massager
The 2026 Slavia replaces the previous rear camera with a 360-degree Area View camera. This system provides a wider view around the vehicle and is intended to assist with parking and low-speed manoeuvring.
The sedan also introduces a rear-seat massaging function, which is available on the Prestige and Monte Carlo variants. Skoda has also added a variable-geometry compressor for the air-conditioning system. However, the Slavia continues with a single-pane sunroof and does not get ADAS.
Engine & Gearbox Options
The facelift continues with the existing 1.0 TSI and 1.5 TSI turbo-petrol engines. The 1.0 TSI produces 115 HP and comes with a 6-speed manual gearbox. The 1.5 TSI develops 150 HP and continues with a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission.
The major mechanical update is the 1.0 TSI automatic. Skoda has replaced the previous 6-speed automatic with a new 8-speed torque-converter automatic gearbox. This gives buyers another automatic transmission option within the Slavia range.
New Variants & Monte Carlo Edition
The facelift introduces a new Classic+ variant to the Slavia range. Skoda has also updated the Monte Carlo version with sporty red exterior stripes and a Monte Carlo badge.
The rear-seat massager is available on the Prestige and Monte Carlo variants. Meanwhile, the AI Assistant powered by Google Cloud and inbuilt connectivity are available from the Signature variant upwards.
Warranty & Ownership Benefits
Skoda has increased the standard warranty for the Slavia facelift from three years or 100,000 KM to four years or 100,000 KM. The roadside assistance coverage has also increased from three years to four years.
In addition, buyers receive four free services under the Skoda Super Care programme. These changes provide additional coverage during the initial ownership period of the updated sedan.
2026 Skoda Slavia Price In India
Skoda has not announced the prices of the 2026 Slavia facelift yet. The company will reveal the prices in the first week of October 2026. The outgoing Slavia is priced from Rs 10 lakh to Rs 18.19 lakh (ex-showroom), while the facelift is expected to receive a price increase of up to Rs 85,000.

Skoda Slavia Rivals
The updated Slavia will continue to compete in India’s midsize sedan segment. Its main rivals include the Hyundai Verna and Honda City, both of which have received updates earlier this year.
The Volkswagen Virtus is another direct competitor and is also expected to receive an update later in 2026. The Slavia will therefore continue to compete on engine choices, equipment and pricing within the segment.
