Out of the cars you listed above, the Polo is the newest entrant but still the i20 is the one to have. I would not tell you what features the i20 Magna has because Hyundai is launching three more variants of the i20 next month. So its better you see the features in them before choosing a car. I would suggest you opt for the i20 only as it is the best car of the ones you have mentioned.

Yes, diesels give better performance and way better mileage but come at a slight premium over their petrol counterparts. Regular drive doesn’t hold true anymore for modern diesels and attaching a CNG kit on a diesel car is a disaster waiting to happen. Get the Swift diesel (i20 diesel is out of your budget) or better still checkout the new Ford Figo, which is a better car than the Swift anyday.

The Polo is a car which handles better than the i20 but fails miserably when it comes to performance. The i20 performs much better, offers more equipment and space, has better service network by leaps and bounds and overall is a much better car than the Polo.

The Verna is an aged vehicle (a replacement is due soon), get the i20 Asta CRDi which has excellent performance and equipment and yes it rides better than the Verna.

The i20 and Polo both have EURO NCAP 5 Star rating so on safety they are quite on par. However just because a particular car turned over doesn’t mean its unsafe. It all depends on how it happened as any car can over turn in a mishap. I would suggest the i20 as its more car per car.

Speed + good engine quality + A.S.S. – Maruti = Hyundai i20. I would personally choose the Fiat Grande Punto though for the excellent high speed dynamics. Please don’t write in SMS slang next time as its difficult to read and understand your question.

hi,i am a prospective buyer with a look for a hatck between .i would prefer to go between VW polo Treadline and Huyundai i 20 magna…..which is better i dont have much running and is ok with city driving only. only concerned regarding the better choice,better driving experience and nice sporty look
