Q) Price of Xylo 2009 and compare betwen E-2, E-4, E-6 & E-8 and their Price on road – Mohd Imtiaz
A) Hello Mohd, the Mahindra Xylo is a very good vehicle to move people or cargo. The numerous variants are for a reason – PRICE. The E2 is the cheapest variant in the Xylo family and has absolutely basic equipment whereas the top of the line E8 is fully loaded with all the bells and whistles. The E6 is decently equipped. Q) I want to buy a car for completely personal use in small hatchback segment. There are many cars in the market therefore i am a bit confussed for which one i shoud go. However i have few constraints, on the basis of which i guess you guys can help me out in choosing the best deal.
1. My budget is MAX 5 lacs
2. My uses would be average 1200km/month.
3. Safty/style is important.
4. Can compromise with mileage.Please help me in identifying the best car for me with above constraints – Rantu Saikia
A) Hello Rantu, looking at your requirements, I would suggest you get the Hyundai i10. The i10 fits the bill perfectly on a most of the parameters listed by you such as budget, safety and style. The Magna will comfortably come within your budget. Though the car doesn’t have passive safety features such as Airbags, it still has got a decent EuroNCAP score of 4 stars (read more here). The car looks stylish and will serve you well. Another option would be the Maruti A-Star but it gets only 3 stars at EuroNCAP. Add to that the A-Star is small, lacks space and has a 3 pot motor and everything turns in favour of the Hyundai. The i10 would be my choice in such a dilemma. So what are you waiting for? I am loking for a sedan vechicle, I have already have a sumo victa and a Indica,now we are confused of which vechicle to buy in the desiel varients…. ie Fiesta,Verna,Dezire… please sugest me,Is there any new vechicle on road for 2010.
Diney, get the Fiat Linea if you want a stylish sedan, else the Fiesta fits the bill well.
